B. Appointments & Scheduling

Requests submitted through the Site or by phone/email will be confirmed by our team. We will make reasonable efforts to meet requested dates, but cannot guarantee timing until confirmed in writing.

C. Service Areas

We serve clients primarily in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware.

D. Accuracy of Information

You agree that you are responsible for providing accurate project measurements, address details, access information, and any other relevant details. Failure to provide accurate or complete information may result in delays, additional costs, or inability to perform services.

8. Products and Custom Work

A. Custom Manufactured Products

Many of our products are custom-made based on your specific measurements and design preferences. Once fabrication begins, changes may not be possible.

B. Fit and Suitability

Custom products are manufactured to your submitted measurements. We are not liable for incorrect measurements submitted by you or your representative.

C. Material Limitations

Tempered glass and hardware are manufactured in accordance with industry standards. Variations, minor imperfections, or slight measurements within acceptable tolerances are not defects.

D. Shipping & Delivery

If products are shipped, delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier circumstances outside our control.

9. Installation & On-Site Services

Access: You agree to provide safe and legal access to the installation site for our professionals.

Preparation: Sites must be prepared for installation and be free of debris and other hazards. Additional preparation may incur extra charges.

Liability for Property Condition: We are not responsible for pre-existing wall, tile, structural, or plumbing conditions unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Warranty & Repairs

Product Warranty: We provide a 10-year limited warranty for breakage and a free 1-year service warranty for specified products and installations.

Exclusions: Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, natural disaster, unauthorized repairs, or modifications.

Claims: Claims must be submitted promptly in writing with supporting details and photos. We may require inspection before validation.

11. Payment Terms

Quotations & Deposits: All quotes are valid for a limited period. We may require a deposit before fabrication or scheduling.

Final Payment: Final payment is due before or upon completion of service or product installation.

Late Fees: Late payments may incur interest, collection costs, or legal fees.

12. Returns & Cancellations

Standard Products: Subject to availability and condition, standard products may be returned within a specified window, with prior approval and applicable restocking fees.

Custom Products: Custom or made-to-order products are non-returnable and non-refundable once production starts.

Installation Services: Fees may apply for cancellations or rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice.

13. Disclaimers

No Guarantee of Results: We strive for high quality, but do not guarantee specific outcomes beyond product quality and workmanship.

No Professional Advice: Content on the Site does not constitute professional design, architectural, engineering, or legal advice. Consult qualified professionals where required.

Site Availability: We are not responsible for temporary outages, errors, or the Site’s unavailability.

14. Limitation of Liability
