No. We do not recommend installing mirrors on freshly painted or plastered walls as a precautionary measure. To install a mirror, the surface should be clean, dry, and flat.
A freshly painted or plastered surface needs time to dry and completely cure to prevent moisture retention, which could weaken adhesion. After the surface is prepared, we can install the mirror.
To determine the height for mirror installation, our wall mirror installers allow 150-200mm above the vanity before measuring the height. Then they start measuring upwards until everyone in your family is observable in the mirror, which is usually around 900mm.
To mount a mirror on uneven walls, our specialists first create a level surface using a backer board or shims and then install the mirror.
